Terms and Conditions

All individuals’ “Participants” entering the Unilever® campaign (“Promotion/Campaign”) agree that the Promotion rules, as stated in these Terms and conditions, shall be applicable and binding on Participants.

TLC MARKETING WORLDWIDE MIDDLE EAST DMCC, a private company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of the United Arab of Emirates with its registered address at Jumeriah Lake towers, Cluster O, 15th Floor, Dubai (“TLC”).and JNTL CONSUMER HEALTH MIDDLE EAST FZ-LLC, commercial license no. 1286, a company duly established under the laws of Dubai Healthcare City, having its registered office at Mohamed Bin Rashid Academic Medical Centre, Building 14, Level 5, PO Box 33001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Unilever”) are collectively referred to as the ("Promotors") Promotion for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.

Campaign dates:
The campaign begins on May 20th, 2025, and finishes on June 20, 2025.

Prizes (Rewards)

Participants who successfully participate in the Campaign will receive one ticket voucher that is valid for 30 days(“Reward”) from one of the below reward partners, depending on which reward is selected after the “spin the wheel” popup has been spun:

How to enter and redeem Rewards:
• Participants must purchase any Unilever products worth AED 40 or more.
• To enter the promotion, participants need to scan the QR code to access the microsite https://rewardsforunilever.com/ , enter their details and upload receipt of purchase.
• After completing the above steps successfully, Participants will be directed to a “Spin the Wheel” popup to get the reward.
• Participants will receive an email with steps of redemption.

Reward Conditions:
• Each valid entry will receive one (1) reward, receipts may only be used once and additional entries may only be made if the participant has made additional purchases of the qualifying products.
• Reward/s are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable.
• Reward/s cannot be exchanged for cash or reward credit or any other gift of any kind.
• These Terms and Conditions apply to all reward partners.
General Terms & Conditions:
1. By entering this Promotion, Participants warrant that they have carefully read, accepted and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. The Promotion is only open to residents in United Arab Emirates, aged 18 years or over, except employees (and members of their immediate families/households) of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, their agencies and anyone professional connected with this competition. The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age. Also, the friend tagged must be aged 18 years or over.
3. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim the prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4. The Promoter will not accept entries that are: automatically generated by computer; completed by third parties or in bulk; illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; photocopies and not originals; or incomplete.
5. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed.
6. Entry into the competition is at the Entrant’s sole risk. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Entrant or any third party or accept any liability for any loss, damage, costs, expenses, claims, personal injury or death occurring out of or in connection with the Entrant’s participation in this competition or as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. The organisers, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by them or any supplier of goods and services in connection with this promotion and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter this promotion, and in case they participated, reward shall be withdrawn.
8. In the event of a dispute, Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that the decision of the Promotors will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard and for further clarity, the Promotors shall be entitled to deal with such disputes (or any failure by Entrants to follow the rules) in their sole discretion, including that the Promotors shall be entitled, in addition to any other rights which the Promotors may have in terms of these rules, to immediately disqualify Entrants from this Promotion. By entering the Promotion and/or accepting any prize, the Entrants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless (including their subsidiaries, holding companies and affiliates), their directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors.
9. The Promotors may not be held liable from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim for damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
10. Entrants who, in the Promotors’ sole determination, act unlawfully, fraudulently, in breach of these rules and/or Terms and Conditions or otherwise dishonestly may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and shall not be eligible to win any prize.
11. Additional to any other rights contained in the competition rules, the Promotors reserve the right to terminate the Promotion at any time with immediate effect. If this is the case, the Promotors will provide a notice on the campaign website, and it shall be the responsibility of Entrants to review such website in this respect. In such event, all Entrants hereby waive any rights which they may have against any of the Promotors and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature against the Promotors.
12. The Promotors are not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted. Any prize is accepted by a winning Participant at his/her own risk and the Promotors are not liable, at any time, for any defect in the prize.
13. The duration of this Promotion may also be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Promotors. If this is the case, the Promotors will provide notice of this on the website. All Promotion queries must be directed to TLC Worldwide Customer service email on Unilever@tlcrewards.com 08:30 to 16:30 Monday – Friday. Not available on weekends and public holidays.
14. TLC reserves the right to block entries and participants if found abusing the competition rules and mechanics.
15. If for any reason this activation is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of Unilever which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this activation, Unilever, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this activation and to disqualify any Consumer who tampers with the activation and/or the entry process.
16. By entering this competition, I allow TLC to send or forward marketing material relating to products or services by entering this competition, I allow TLC to send or forward marketing materials on their product or service for Market research purposes.

Processing of Personal Information:

1. By entering and participating in the Promotion, you agree that Unilever and TLC Worldwide Group, where required, may collect and process your personal information such as your name and contact details for purposes of this Promotion and complying with their obligations under this Promotion including providing such personal information as may be required to facilitate handing over the Rewards.

2. Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or service providers, and by entering in the Promotion or by providing consent to us (where required by law), your information may be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence, including to the United States, which may provide for different data protection rules than in your country. Appropriate contractual and other measures are in place to protect personal information when it is transferred to our affiliates or third parties in other countries.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law:

This competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed the laws of United Arab Emirates, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the responsible courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
